To make the coating, mix chamoy and powdered sugar in a 1:1 ratio. For small batches (roughly one Skittles package), 2 tablespoons of Chamoy and 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar should suffice. Mix until you have a translucent red paste, then add to your favorite candy and stir until completely coated. Then add spices at your desired level. You can sprinkle a little on top or mix it directly into the candy mixture.
