Shawn Mendes returns “Wonder Grant” on World Tour

Shawn Mendes takes advantage of his world tour to make a difference.

Last month, a Canadian singer launched his “Wonder: World Tour” North American leg in Portland, on the way he visits selected children’s hospitals throughout the United States.

Mendes not only fulfills the wishes of patients, but also presents Wonder Grant to change makers who work in the health and wellness of children.

On Thursday, Mendes also announced a partnership with Disney + to sponsor the North American leg of the tour, including his upcoming shows in Toronto and Montreal.

Mendes launched the Wonder Grant Program through his Foundation in 2020 with the aim of providing grants to young changemakers who are using their voices and actions to create a better world. .. $ 1 will be sent to the program from all tickets sold on the North American tour.

The full world tour spans 87 arena dates in North America and Europe. The European leg of the tour was originally planned for early 2022, but was postponed to 2023 due to a pandemic.

Mendes has released his latest album, wonderDecember 2020, featuring the top 20 hits “Monster” and “Call My Friends” featuring Justin Bieber.
