Selena Gomez and Jennifer Stone meet again and sing the song “Crazy Hat” from “Wizards of Waverly Street”

“Wizards of Waverly Street” fans, this is for you! Selena Gomez and her co-star of Wizards of Waverly Street, Jennifer Stone, teamed up on Saturday night for a not-to-be-missed reunion. The pair took them to Tik Tok to improvise their signature song, “Crazy Hat,” from a long-standing Disney show.

In a cute clip, Gomez and Stone performed a “crazy, funky, junky hat” dance move, uttering words on a catchy track.

“What’s that? Hat? Crazy, funky, junky hat,” said actress Lip Sync. “Oversleeping, my hair is ugly. I’m trying to look like Keira Knightley. We went there, we did it. A funky hat can be seen through.”

While the former co-stars were dancing, each had to crack down with a drink in their hands — gray sweaty Gomez had a white clawed Selzer in his hand, but Stone Jeans while holding a glass of red wine that rocked the band’s T-shirt.

Gomez and Stone, who played best friends Alexandra Marso and Harper Finkle in the teenage series, wore a unique hat in episode 4 of Wizards of Waverly Street, which aired in November 2007. After seeing it, I played the song first.

Gomez is not a stranger to reunite with her former co-star. In 2020, Gomez and David Henrie teased the possibility of a reunion of the show, effectively promoting Henrie’s directorial debut, “This Is the Year.”

“Hmm,” Henry says in the clip. He pans the camera to show Gomez and then playfully taps his lips. Gomez reposted the video on her Instagram story, as well as Gregg Sulkin, co-star of her fellow Wizards.

Gomez has been particularly intimate with Henry since the Disney Channel show aired the series finale in 2012. Henry helped Gomez set up an Instagram account a few years ago, and in the first Instagram story of 2017, she and Henry speculate on what the character will be. until now.

“You have children. Alex is certainly single,” Gomez said at the time.

“Yes, Justin has 15 children,” Henry agreed. “Alex is single. She’s still trying to find herself. She’s now 25 and trying to understand her things.”
