Lord may not be American, but she speaks to Samuel Alito’s recent leak of overturning the Roe v. Wade case.
She spoke to the audience during the Los Angeles concert of the New Zealand singer on Thursday.
“Our body doesn’t lie,” she said.

“Like many of you, the news this week that some people think our body isn’t ours makes me feel sick and heartbroken,” she continued.
“And I don’t have a word to talk to you about this yet. It’s very big and heavy,” she added.
“I think it’s okay to freeze for a while, then engage again,” she said. “But what I’m trying to say is that there is something big and heavy that goes beyond what I feel.”
