The royal family looks cooler than ever! Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank brought their one-year-old son, August, to celebrate Platinum Jubilee on Sunday.
To commemorate the first appearance of the young royal family, in August he wore a light blue sweater with the Union Jack flag on the front. To date, August has not been photographed in public. The only photos of the royal family were published on his mother’s Instagram.
The Queen’s great-grandson (full name August Philip Hawk Brooksbank) was sitting in the Royal Box with her parents for the Platinum Jubilee Pageant, the final event of Jubilee’s weekend. August is Princess Eugenie and Jack’s first child after getting married in 2018.
Princess Eugenie is the daughter of Sarah Ferguson and Prince Andrew. Most of the royal family attended Jubilee’s celebration, but Andrew was particularly absent. This was after being stripped in January following his civil sexual assault proceedings in which his royal title was settled.
Queen Elizabeth made a surprise appearance on the balcony of Buckingham Palace on Sunday, officially ending the four-day Platinum Jubilee celebration.
His Majesty is Prince Charles, daughter-in-law, Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, grandson William, wife Kate Middleton, and three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis.
In other royal baby news, ET confirmed that following Thursday’s kick-off celebration, the Queen met Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s daughter, Liribet.
