Police looking for three suspects in pair of pharmacy robberies held at gunpoint in York area

Police say the same three suspects are likely responsible for two sets of gunpoint pharmacy robberies in Richmond Hill and Vaughan on Monday.

The first occurred around 1:45 pm at a pharmacy near Chancellor and Fiori Drives, and the second around 7:00 pm at a pharmacy near Yonge Street and Bedford Park Avenue.

Police said three male suspects entered the store brandishing handguns and demanded drugs and cash.

Police said the suspect eventually fled both robberies with an unspecified amount of drugs and cash.

They are each described as a black man wearing black clothes, gloves, and a mask.

In the first incident, the suspect is believed to have fled the scene in a silver car. A vehicle suspected in the second robbery is not described.

In a news release issued on Tuesday, police said, “Investigators were not aware of any witnesses who may have seen suspicious objects in the area, or who may have had drive recorders or video surveillance footage in the area at the time of the incident. I am looking for someone who has

No physical injuries were reported after either robbery.
