MGA continues to be recognized for its responsiveness
Brokers know that speed is essential to their work. Many clients don’t wait days, let alone a week, for a quote, so you need to be able to secure the right policy as quickly as possible. However, this poses an even greater challenge for the most niche insurance risks or those that are difficult to place.

In a previous interview with Insurance Business, Milnco EVP and COO Lisa Clayton explained how the company achieved a rapid transformation of its business.

Clayton is not wrong. Milnko won last year as well, and this year he was able to maintain his MGA certification of five stars.
