Florida Panthers winger Anthony Duclair faces a long recovery after injuring her Achilles tendon during off-season training, reports Elliott Friedman of Sportsnet.

Duclair, who turns 27 in August, is in the most productive season of his career. In 74 games, he set a career record with goals (31), assists (27) and points (54) to help the Panthers win the President’s Trophy.

Native Laval is a $ 3 million annual cap hit with two years left on the deal.
