One person was killed in a morning fire in Chatham, Ontario.
Chatham-Kent-A fire broke out early Saturday morning at a home in Chatham, Ontario, killing one person.
Chatham-Kent police say police officers were called to the residence with a local fire department just before 4am
They say they found the body in the house after extinguishing the flames
Police have not disclosed the name of the deceased.
They say their major criminal department is working with the state fire department to identify the cause of the fire.
Anyone who has the information is encouraged to come forward.
