Dark Contrast Bright Elements – Home Trends Magazine

The rustic elements of this kitchen blend perfectly with the rest of the home. The black hardware on the cupboards provides contrast and perfectly complements the marble backsplash. His three light fixtures above the peninsula give height to the kitchen while maintaining an open concept feel.

The dining room and living room are in one large open area, so it was appropriate to bring a darker contrast against the lighter elements. keep The painting on the back wall almost matches the photo behind the sofa, which also adds to the unity. The flower vase centerpiece brings height to the table and creates the focal point of the room.

I chose all the elements of the living room based on the color and shape of the rug. Dark contrast creates depth and fills the space. The circular photo on the left not only gives the room an almost abstract look, but also blends the living room into the kitchen, contributing to the space’s open-concept feel.
