Nobel withdraws option to buy Chile’s La Salvadora copper project, Canadian Business Journal
TORONTO, November 24, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Nobel Resources Corporation (TSX-V: NBLC; OTC: NBTRF) (“Company” or “Nobel”) has decided to withdraw from its option to acquire the Salvadora Project in Chile (“Project” or “Asset”). His COO at Nobel, Vern Arseneau, said: The Company intersected copper mineralization from all boreholes on his two areas of the property and included several sections graded above 1% copper. However, mineralization did not show sufficient grade or continuity to support the development of a commercial scale copper mining operation. The potential for overlying oxide zones associated with copper sulfide mineralization was also assessed by drilling, and the extent of copper oxide mineralization was too limited to be exploited. We are excited to pursue our recently acquired Pircas Verde project.
