NHL Worst Play Of The Week: Three Failed Reviews In One Game? | | Steve’s Dang-Its

In the latest episode of Steve Dang-Its, Steve Dangle analyzes some of the worst moments in the NHL over the past week.

The New Jersey Devils lost a 13-game “hot run” to the Toronto Maple Leafs thanks to three disallowed goals that energized New Jersey fans.

The Chicago Blackhawks stole a page from the Vancouver Canucks’ playbook to take a 4-1 lead in the final 10 minutes of play, resulting in a 6-4 loss.

Steve then goes through a number of shortcomings and insists that goalkeepers should simply “keep the goal”. He showcases a netminder who plays pucks in all sorts of areas on the ice, all of which lead to opponents tacking one to the scoreboard.

Finally, Steve does his best to finish where snipers become playmakers, where out of bounds is defined in the NHL, and more.
