The Marathon Beneva de Montreal will take place this weekend on Rosemont Boulevard, Saint-Joseph Boulevard, Notre-Dame Street, Saint-Laurent Street, Pierre-Dupuy Street, Concorde Bridge and the streets around Parc Maisonneuve.
Transport Quebec has also announced road closures for this weekend for other reasons.
Route 15: Work to replace overhead traffic signs will require lane closures on the Décarie Expressway at night from Sunday through mid-October. Some nights you’ll see the highway completely closed south on Queen Mary Road.
Route 40: Devonshire Rd. Alexis Japan Boulevard. Friday 10:00 p.m. to Monday 5:00 a.m. This includes the ramps from US 15 North and US 40 West to US 520. The detour is via Cavendish Blvd.
In St and Bellevue, we work on De Pins Road. The flyover should completely close eastbound Hwy 40 between the Anciens-Combattants Blvd exits. Next entrance is from 11:59 PM Friday to 5:00 AM Monday. Traffic is diverted to the side road.
Route 136: From 11:59 PM Friday to 5:00 AM Monday, eastbound traffic was completely closed due to construction of the Ville-Marie Tunnel between the Turcot interchange and the entrance to de la Cathédrale St. Detour via Bonaventure Expressway. The ramp to the closed highway closes at 11:30 PM on Fridays.
Route 138: At the Saint-Pierre Interchange, the ramp from SH138 East (from Honore Mercier Bridge) to SH20 West/Trudeau Airport will be completely closed from 11:59 PM Friday to 5:00 AM Monday. The ramp from Route 138 East to Highway 20 East will also be closed overnight from 11:59 PM Friday to 7:00 AM Saturday and 11:00 PM Sunday to 5:00 AM Monday. Two of his three lanes between Clément St. and Highway 20 will be closed to eastbound traffic from 7am Saturday to 11pm Sunday. The entrance from Clément St. is closed from 11:00 pm Friday to 5:00 am Monday.
Notre Dame Street: Due to construction work by Hydro-Québec, Dixon Avenue Westbound will be completely closed from 9am Saturday to 7pm Sunday.
Route 15: At La Prairie, two of the three southbound lanes are on Matte Blvd.
Route 132: In Brossard, work to dismantle the old Champlain Bridge will completely close the freeway below in both directions from 11:00 pm Friday to 5:00 am Monday. Route 132 will be closed eastbound between the Route 10 exit and the next entrance. Traffic will be diverted to Boulevard Marie-Victorin, leaving only one lane open. Head west on both the motorway and Rue Marie-Victorin. Closed during Simard Blvd. Riverd Boulevard including exits and entrances to Highway 10/20 and Samuel de Champlain Bridge. Traffic passes through Simard Street, Victoria Street, Lapiniere Street and Tachereau Street. and Roman Boulevard.
