rape trial jury That 70’s Show Star Danny Masterson said Friday they were in a stalemate, but a judge told them she hadn’t deliberated long enough to declare a trial error.
The jury told Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Charlaine Olmedo, after nearly three days of deliberation, they were unable to reach a unanimous verdict on any of the three rape counts against the actor.

Olmedo had already agreed to let the jury rest for Thanksgiving week.
She called off their debate on Friday and told them to return on November 28 to resume deliberations.
Masterson, 46, was charged with raping three women, including his ex-girlfriend, at his Hollywood Hills home from 2001 to 2003.
He has pleaded not guilty, and his defense said the conduct was consensual.

Masterson, 46, did not testify during the trial.
His attorney did not present the defense’s testimony, instead focusing on the inconsistencies in the testimony of the three accusers.
