Mr. Poirier has assumed a new role as Senior Vice President of Operations at one of GURU’s major customers, Alimentation Couche-Tard. Considering her operational role in this new executive, and with due care, she has resigned to avoid the appearance of a dispute.Her resignation will take place on October 7, 2022. takes effect.
