Ashley filed for a divorce in Florida in early May, citing court documents, saying the marriage was “irreparably broken.” In her filings, she also claimed that her now estranged husband “committed tort.” Ashley, who tied her with Kurt in January 2017, did not give specific details about her accusations.

Outlet also said in her document that Ashley’s relationship came to mind sometime in April, claiming that Kurt “blocked access to their joint bank accounts and credit cards.” He said he explained. She also said Kurt “requested her to leave her family’s home by the first week of June.”

Following the news of their division, Kurt issued a statement to E! news. “It’s painful to make sure my wife Ashley and I are working to break the marriage,” he said. “Divorce is a personal and private matter and we hope that our privacy will be respected.”
