Goonie never says he will die, but Stephen Colbert doesn’t know it.
On Thursday night, actor Josh Brolin starred in the global “Late Show” and seemed to have never seen the classic “The Goonies” for kids in the 80’s, so he roasted it a bit to his host.

As part of the interview, Colbert asked guests to take part in the “Colbert Questionnaire” of the rapid fire, asking whether they like apples or oranges and what they think is the scariest animal.
Then he went to a big question: “What do you think would happen if we die?”
With the help of the audience, Brolin replied, “The Goonies never say they will die.”
Surprisingly, however, Colbert did not seem to understand the reference and finally admitted that he had never seen a movie starring Brolin as a young actor.
Brolin laughed before he realized that Colbert was serious. “Have you been there? Only you?”
The organizers tried to explain that he was “a little too old” when the movie was released, but Brolin didn’t have it, so “It’s never too old for The Goonies.” I’m so sad. “

Colbert tried to save himself by saying he had never seen “The Goonies” but saw many other classic films, including “Jaws”.

“I’m going to see it,” the host finally said. “And I’ll see it and call you later.”
