Jim Carrey recalls the good old days with Norm Macdonald.
The entertainment world rattled with the unexpected news that McDonald’s died on Tuesday. A beloved Canadian comedian is quietly fighting cancer and died at the age of 61. Carrie and McDonald’s collaborated on the 1999 biographical drama “Man on the Moon.” Carrie praised his late friend by sharing a prank pulled by McDonald’s.

The “famous Norman” is Norman Bates, a fictional serial killer in the movie “Psycho” series.
“Man on the Moon” starred Carrie as a fictional version of Andy Kaufman and McDonald’s as actor Michael Richards. The film also featured Danny DeVito, Courtney Love, Paul Giamatti and Patton Oswalt.
