Jacob Hogard Trial: Attorneys suggest that plaintiffs have created a “story” to “venge” Hogard.
Defendant lawyers have suggested that after Hogard lost interest in her, she was injured during consensual sex and filed a rape allegation.
Hoggard pleaded not guilty to two sexual assaults and one sexual interference (accused of sexual contact with a person under the age of 16) that caused physical harm.
Another plaintiff, then 16 years old, testified in September 2016 that Hogard had raped her vaginal and verbal and tried to rape her in the anus.
According to a statement of facts agreed, Hogard had sexual encounters with each petitioner on separate occasions in the fall of 2016.
