• 1 pack bacon, diced
• Two small onions, diced
• 6 large eggs
• 11/4 cup milk (full cream or low fat)
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• Black pepper
• 2 packs of Kesaba popper, garlic and 3 cheese flavors
• 2 cups of cheese, finely chopped
• Parsley, finely chopped (optional)

Heat a large non-stick frying pan over high heat. Add bacon, cook until lightly browned, and add onions. Fry for 1 minute. Remove from the pan and place on a paper towel to drain.
Put eggs, milk, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce in a large bowl and mix with a whisk.
Add quesaba garlic and 3 cheese poppers, 1 1/2 cup cheese and bacon with onions to the egg mixture. Mix well. Cover and leave in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (until all eggs are soaked in bread) or overnight.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C / 350 ° F. Spread a generous amount of butter on a 20 cm / 8 inch spring foam cake can or use a seasoned cast iron pan.
Pour the bread mixture into a cake pan or cast iron pan and tap to compress. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese. Cover loosely with foil.
Bake for 25 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for another 15-20 minutes until the top is golden and the skewer inserted in the center is clean (no raw eggs).
Rest for 5 minutes before removing the spring foam or cast iron pan. Decorate with parsley as needed. Slice and enjoy!
