Toronto — COVID-19 vaccination for children ages 5 to 11 is increasing in Ontario today.
The City of Toronto’s Children’s Vaccine Campaign is in full swing today as it takes place in children’s clinics and other schools and communities.
Public health in Windsor, Ontario said they are still making reservations for young children today, and city police said they were on the scene for a planned protest at the site.
Reservations for the COVID-19 vaccine for children aged 5 to 11 in Ontario can be booked starting Tuesday.
Hamilton’s Clinic offers shots today for indigenous peoples over the age of 5 and their families.
A child must have parental or guardian consent to take a shot.
Other health units are offering Pediatric Pfizer-BioNTech Shots this weekend and on designated days in the coming weeks.
