Everything sold on Goodwillfinds.com is donated, but not every item in every store nationwide is available to pick and choose from. Given that all items selected for sale on the website must first be inspected by workers, it makes sense that the rollout will take some time.
Delivery may vary as expected And especially if you’re used to the free Amazon Prime. Goodwill stores are located throughout the United States and Goodwillfinds.com ships from various locations. That means costs and options vary. Finally, you should also know that the new website does not accept donations. (At least, not yet. The company plans to offer this service eventually.) If you have something you need to donate, you should bring it to your local store.
