Beaver has revealed that he has met the therapist for the past four years. This is the relationship she believes in improving her mental health. “That’s what I wasn’t sure at first,” she said. “But the deeper my relationship with the therapist, the more it’s such a game changer to me, talking about what’s happening in my mind, talking loudly, feeling safe, and being judged. do not feel.”

Beaver also said that breathing helped her “just when she was feeling a lot of anxiety.” Her other self-care activities that she loves include bathing and spending time in nature.

Given that Beaver has 44.7 million Instagram followers, it’s not surprising that social media is “burdening” her inner peace.

I’m in a place where I’m trying to build as healthy a relationship as possible with social media.”
