Logel Homes was recently awarded the Multi-Family Builder of the Year-Large Volume at the 2021 Building Industry and Land Development (BILD) Calgary Region Awards. This was the second consecutive victory for a family-owned company led by Calgary real estate veteran Tim Rogel.

Founder Tim Logel leverages over 40 years of experience in the real estate business. He began his career in the late 1970s and won the stripes as a real estate agent when he spent quite a tough time in the Calgary market. As a real estate agent, he also sold new Cardel Homes products and was the city’s top real estate agent from 1988 to 1993. By 1996, he became Vice President of Cardel and decided after working closely with the single-family housing sector. He launches a new company focused on single-family homes. In 1999, he organized 24 town homes in Canmore under the banner of Cardel Lifestyles. The strategy was to provide well-thought-out design, high quality, and excellent customer service.
