“I think he’s very happy,” Maciosia said. “I think they treat him very well. He has great gigs. He can attract the best of the best. You don’t have to pay for and deal with who to stay away from, he can attract the best players in every position, and for the pros he can’t do that just because he’s conditioned by his salary cap. I think the day will come when Glenn retires, but I don’t think there will be many professional coaches taking the job anytime soon.”
