Withdrawal from Bitcoin / Exchange fee from Bitcoin bonus

I am new to bitcoin and am stuck paying cryptocurrency exchange fees to US dollars. So I did pretty much everything I thought I was given an order invoice with a page containing a QR code and bitcoin payment address and payment link to copy and paste this information….. this is where i am lost. Sorry lol But where do I go from here? I don’t know where to enter this copy and paste information or where to scan the QR code.Fee is $64, payment method says "Bitcoin" I assume that means you can deduct it from the amount you exchange, is this correct? The next page is your invoice with the QR code and copy and paste information. This would request a transaction to deduct the exchange fee from what I am withdrawing and respond with a payment link so that it would be approved on my side? I haven’t been able to find or figure out where to copy and paste information that can handle the . OMG I’m so lost Please help me I’ve been trying for hours to figure this out myself but I don’t think it’s something I can achieve so can someone please explain this information to me Please sorry if it is possible on beginner’s terms. This is the first transaction since I bought it a year ago. I am very grateful for all the help given.Thank you very much for God’s protection
