Former security guard Fritz Hager brought his cheeky charm to the “American Idol” stage on Sunday night.
The singer spun his spin on James Bay’s “Let It Go” while playing acoustic guitar in front of a starry background.
Hager’s efforts have put him in the top 11.
This is an insane person. Every week I’m just blown away, I love you very much. Thank you for letting me do what I like every day. Be sure to vote tomorrow and stay on this wave 💙🧸🎸 # American Idol # Top11

From his first audition, Hager is in a hurry to be a fan of former “idol” star Phillip Phillips.
He previously explained that he would sit in a dark room for 12 hours a day, watching the camera, and not want to be a security guard forever.

Hager told the Philips camera, which won the show in 2012: He urged me to play the guitar. I always wanted to be where he was. “
