Gabby Petite’s Parents File $50 Million Lawsuit Against Moab Police
Gabby was reported missing in September 2021. She couldn’t get home with Brian after her cross-country road trip. The 22-year-old’s body was found later that month in Wyoming.
Brian, who was named a key figure but was not a suspect in Gabby’s disappearance, returned to Florida without his fiancée. Found dead in Northport, Florida. In a notebook found on his body, Brian claimed “responsibility” for Gabby’s death in a written confession, according to authorities.
