Toronto, March 15, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Emerita Resource Co., Ltd. (TSX-V: EMO; OTC: EMOTF) (“Company” or “Emerita”) is a Generation IACP Inc. (“”generation”) To serve as a market maker in compliance with TSX Venture Exchange policies and guidelines and other applicable laws. Generations will receive a monthly fee of C $ 7,500 and applicable taxes. The contract between us and Generation is for the first 6 months and will be automatically renewed for the next 6 months (collectively, “”semesterUnless we provide the Generation with a written termination notice at least 30 days before the end of the period, or unless the Generation provides us with a written termination notice.
