Emergency workers, including search and rescue respond to drowning in Cultus Lake


Emergency services were called after he drowned in Cultus Lake.

The incident occurred at Entrance Bay on Saturday, August 13th, around 6pm.

The Cultus Lake Fire Department responded with a rescue boat. By 6:18 p.m., at least two of her divers were reported looking for the person in the water.

Chilliwack Search and Rescue was also called to the scene to assist with the search. The RCMP and BC Ambulance Service were also on site.
