For her last appearance in The Ellen DeGeneres, Ellie Kemper is pulling out all the stops.
The star of “Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt” first appeared on the show in 2012, and Ellen plays a clip showing her nasty dance walk in her seat.

“Remember, I was very nervous,” recalls the actress. “It was the first time I met you. I love your show, I love you. I was a little nervous.”
They also look back on Ellen’s flu in 2014, for the first time in the history of the show, when Kemper hosted the show as a guest.
“You were great and everyone loved to welcome you here,” says the host.

Kemper says. “You were very kind to me. You called me later to thank me. I forgot how to keep using voicemail, but it’s somewhere in the cloud.”
Finally, to give Ellen a proper see-off, Kemper sings Whitney Houston’s classic “Greatest Love of All” rendition, recalling some of her favorite moments at the show. I fixed it.
