Ellen Barkin Testimony at Johnny Depp-Amber Heard’s Trial

Johnny Depp’s trial of defamation against his ex-wife Amber Heard is scheduled to resume on Monday, May 16, and the court has at least one more famous face.

Entertainment Weekly “Animal Kingdom” star Ellen Barkin reports that she will testify as part of Hard’s defense.

according to EW, Birkin was dating Depp while filming the 1998 feature “Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas”. She should provide the same testimony that Depp provided during the failure of Depp’s defamation case in the United Kingdom when he testified that he “thrown a bottle of wine in her direction in a hot moment in a hotel room.” (Dep denied her claim, and Birkin “had a grudge against him.”).

Also, next week I will testify to Hard’s sister, Whitney Henrikes.

Other celebrities on Hard’s witness list include actor James Franco and tech tycoon Elon Musk, but it’s unclear if they will actually testify.

Meanwhile, Depp himself will return to the stand, but this time as a witness to defense.

The listener is expected to complete her testimony on Monday and be cross-examined by Depp’s lawyer that same day.
