Blueface arrested for attempted murder in Las Vegas

Blueface was arrested. The artist was arrested by Las Vegas police on charges of attempted murder.

The 25-year-old rapper, whose real name is Jonathan Porter, was arrested by detectives on Tuesday afternoon, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department confirmed to ET.

Police said Blueface was arrested “on charges arising from the shooting that occurred on October 8, 2022.”

“He will be booked into the Clark County Detention Center on warrants for attempted murder using a lethal weapon and firing a firearm at an occupied structure,” police confirmed.

The artist was detained by multiple authorities on a Las Vegas sidewalk, as seen in a video obtained by. TMZThe rapper’s girlfriend, Chrisian Rock, was with him when he was arrested.

The outlet reports that between six and eight police were involved in the arrest. Details of the shooting incident will be released in the near future.
