Royal Court Judge Janice Ashcroft has denied defense attorney Derek Jugnaut’s application for the release of Justin Angus Boucher during his trial.

At Jugnout’s request, Ashcroft ordered a publication ban on the submissions, evidence, and reasons for her bail hearings that ended last week.
