The Owen Sound Police Services Board has collaborated with the Owen Sound Police Service in the survey that will assist in determining future direction and policing priorities for the city’s police service. The information collected will be used to better address the needs of residents, to enhance service delivery and to strengthen community relations, it said in a news release from the police service.

The survey is now open and can be completed online at www.surveymonkey.com/r/OSPS2022. It can also be loaded through a QR code at owensoundpolice.com.

Paper copies of the survey can also be printed from owensoundpolice.com or can be picked up and dropped off at a number of locations in the city including: the Owen Sound Police Service, 922 2nd Ave. W; the Owen Sound and North Grey Union Public Library, 824 1st Ave. W., the YMCA of Owen Sound Grey Bruce, 700 10th St. E.; and the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 6, 1450 2nd Ave. W.

The survey is open until Dec. 31 with all responses collected anonymously and all information collected remaining confidential and to be used solely for research purposes. The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete and participants must be 18 or older.
