Sylvester Stallone remembers being tricked into appearing in The Notorious Flop by Arnold Schwarzenegger

Sylvester Stallone can attribute one of his biggest bombshells to Arnold Schwarzenegger.

The two action heroes have become friendly in recent years, even co-starring in the Escape Plan and The Expendables franchises, but they used to have a bitter rivalry.

“I couldn’t stand being in the same galaxy together for a while,” Stallone said during a recent appearance on “The Jonathan Ross Show.” entertainment weekly“We really, really hated each other.”

At one point, Stallone said Schwarzenegger cheated on him and the 1992 comedy Stop! Or My Mom Will Shoot was both a critical failure and a box office flop.

“He’s very smart,” Stallone continued. “He walked around town and said, ‘I can’t wait to do this movie.’ I go to my agent, ‘Keep it away from him. I got it and said “what the fuck is this”. He says, “Hahaha!” At least you weren’t pregnant in the movie, Arnold. we are evenly matched. ”

In a separate interview, Stallone elaborated on “Fox and Friends.”

“Schwarzenegger tricked me into doing that crap,” Stallone said of the film, adding that he’d join “Golden Girls” star Estelle Getty as his character’s overbearing mother. I played a police officer.
