Clear Sky Lithium Drives Fieldwork on Halo and ELi Projects, Canadian Business Journal
VANCOUVER, British Columbia, October 20, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Clear Sky Lithium Corp. (CSE: POWR) (FRA: K4A / WKN: A3DM2W) (OTC: CSKYF) (“Clear Sky” or “Company”) ), a mineral exploration and development company focused on lithium deposits in the United States to support domestic demand, has commenced on-site fieldwork activities based on recent findings across the Halo and ELi project areas. announced that
Consisting of 98 mineral claims in Esmeralda and Nye counties, Nevada, the Halo Project is believed to have lithium mineralization potential in claystone hosts. Positive news about exploration and development of land adjacent to the Halo project to the north and southwest has recently fueled enthusiasm for regional lithium exploration activities in the region.
The immediate area is relatively unexplored, and although no fieldwork or sampling has ever been completed on the Halo property, there are now advanced projects taking place adjacent to it. The goal of this program is to initiate work to initiate efforts to improve and clarify the technical knowledge of the Big Smoky Valley alluvial cover within the Halo project land package. The initial fieldwork plan consists of exploratory work to understand the depth of alluvial cover through initial surface sampling and, where applicable, surface mapping. Data from initial fieldwork will refine future geological and metallurgical plans to support Phase 2 drill targets as part of Clear Sky’s ongoing strategic lithium resource development effort in Nevada support the company in doing so.
To conduct fieldwork on Halo, Clear Sky has expanded its partnership with Tigren Inc. (“Tigren”) of Reno, Nevada. Tigren Inc. plans to begin field work in late October. As stated in a September 28 news release, the company is already involved in working on Clear Sky’s ELi project at the same time, after which it will seek the most cost-effective and logistical options for expanding this arrangement. It was determined to be a highly efficient solution. Tigren has more than 30 years of experience as a discovery-focused geological service provider, specializing in advancing unexplored properties through a comprehensive range of technical services. Managed by Montecinos.
At the ELi property, we have chosen to initiate a detailed geological mapping survey and auger sampling program. This program continues to delineate the size, continuity, and shape of near-surface lithium mineralization, allowing a clearer understanding of exploration vectors and geological control of mineralization. The sampling program is designed to optimize resolution and completeness, providing a clear surface representation throughout the property. The sampled material will be utilized to refine geological assessments and drilling targets, further serving as research material for ongoing metallurgical extraction and processing studies.
Clear Sky Lithium CEO Patrick Morris said: Our strategy includes acquiring development-grade assets and planning the optimal technological solutions to unlock the value of minerals in the most cost-effective manner. We are on track and happy with our overall progress so far. As milestones continue to be achieved, we look forward to reporting even more good news to our partners and shareholders as our business continues to build on our successes in the field and in the lab. ”
On behalf of the Board of Directors,
Sincerely,
