Chase Chrisley ponders the tragedy of losing a loved one ‘unexpectedly’ days after his parents’ sentence

Chase Chrisley, the son of Todd and Julie Chrisley, ponders the fleeting and fleeting nature of existence and shares an emotional message about appreciating the loved ones in life.

Chase, 26, took to his Instagram Story on Monday to share a message about an important lesson.

“A good friend of mine lost his wife unexpectedly. A few months later we were playing golf together and we weren’t talking. , I said my wife wanted some homemade peppers and cornbread, but I didn’t feel like stopping by the store. We played golf for a few more minutes.”

“It took me a few minutes to realize we were no longer talking about dinner,” the post continued. “It was about taking the plunge and doing something for someone you love, because that person could be taken from you unexpectedly at any moment.”

“So today I’m going to share with you some wisdom passed down from a dear friend that I’ve thought about many times since that day,” the message added. , watching a football game, playing a board game, or just putting down your phone and asking you to focus your attention, just do it.

The poignant post comes a week after Chase’s famous parents were sentenced to a combined total of 19 years in prison for their role in a tax evasion case.

On November 21, a federal judge sentenced Todd to 12 years in prison and 16 months’ probation and sentenced Julie to 7 years in prison and 16 months’ probation. In June, the couple were found guilty of conspiracy to commit bank fraud, conspiracy to defraud the United States, and tax evasion.

Chase’s emotional post about appreciating loved ones also came shortly after a horrific car accident involving his 16-year-old brother Grayson.

According to the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department, the accident occurred on November 12 when Grayson was driving his Ford 150 on I-65N when he struck the rear of a parked vehicle.

According to reports, the driver of the vehicle hit by Grayson was injured in the impact. However, the person refused to be taken to hospital by ambulance. According to reports, when Grayson was asked to recall the events of the accident, he was unable to tell police what happened due to a suspected head injury. Both vehicles involved in the accident were removed from the scene.
