Centerra Gold completes acquisition of Canadian Business Journal’s Goldfield District Development Project

Toronto, February 28, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Centerra Gold Inc. (“Centerra” or “Company”) (TSX: CG) (NYSE: CGAU) has announced that the previously announced acquisition of Gemfield Resources has been completed. Waterton Nevada Splitter, LLC (“Waterton”), the owner of the Goldfield District Project (“Goldfield”).
