Cary Elwes shares graphic image after being bitten by a rattlesnake and taken to the hospital

Cary Elwes is “well recovered” after being taken to the hospital for being bitten by a rattlesnake.

The “Princess Bride” star shared a graphic image of her ring finger swelling, bloody, and bruised after a collision with a snake.

“I was bitten by a rattlesnake, not ROUS. I thank the Los Angeles County Fire Department’s Malibu Urgent Care staff, @UCLAHealth staff and the great care of medical professionals,” Elwis wrote on Twitter.

“Thanks to all these wonderful people, we are on track to recover.”

Source said TMZ Elwis was bitten near Malibu’s house and had to be airlifted to the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center on Saturday.

Hopefully Elwis is off to film Zack Snyder’s “Moon of the Rebels,” which he started filming last week, so he’ll fix it right away and continue production until November. Elwis plays the king of the Galactic Empire.
