(“CSRI” or “Corporation”) (TSXV: SPI) (OTCBB: CSPUF) We are pleased to inform you that the previously announced non-intermediary private placement has ended (“RecruitmentIssued “) and 20,000,000 units of company (“)unit“), At a price of $ 0.0525 per unit, total revenue of $ 1,050,000.

Each unit consists of one common stock of company capital (“Common stock“) And one common stock purchase warrant (“)warrant“).
