Ventura, CA (AP) —A California judge said a man who was temporarily married to Britney Spears appeared uninvited to a pop star’s wedding and was tried on suspicion of Ferrony Stalking. I found on Monday that there was ample evidence.
After a two-hour preliminary hearing, Ventura County Judge David Worley is detained by 40-year-old Jason Allen Alexander to answer the charges, along with the number of trespasses, vandalism, and battery misdemeanors. I ruled that it should be.
The acquittal of all charges was entered by Alexander’s lawyer, who remained imprisoned without attending.

Spears married his longtime boyfriend Sam Asgari on June 9th at his home in Thousand Oaks, California, in front of dozens of guests including Selena Gomez, Drew Barrymore, Paris Hilton and Madonna.
Alexander, a childhood friend of Spears who got married in 2004 and was less than three days old, appeared uninvited to his house before the ceremony and livestreamed his assault on Instagram.
According to media reports, Spears guard Richard Eubler testified at a hearing on Monday that Alexander had entered her house and even entered the locked door of Spears’ bedroom.

According to Ubler, Alexander also tried to enter the property the day before the wedding.
Alexander’s lawyer, Sandra Visignani, claimed that there was no evidence of any intention to harm the Spears.
