“I just want to be honest with everyone, I’ve had a hard time,” she said. “So I’m in the hospital at that moment, I’m going to leave the hospital soon, and hopefully I can continue my life, and I’m going to take a break from myself.
“And I want to encourage others, but if you’re struggling, take advantage of yourself. Take a break and stop struggling too much with yourself. And people Always told me not to have too much trouble with myself, and I really really didn’t know what that meant. “
Before asking for help, Barker explained, “I was angry, frustrated, and angry,” and “all the trauma of this generation was bundled within me.”
“I was carrying the weight of the world,” she said. “And now I’m getting a diagnosis. I’ll talk about that at another time. But I have a diagnosis, I abandon myself, forgive myself, line in the sand I can’t keep up the path I’ve been doing. I need to change. So that’s what I’m trying to do. “
The actress also thanked Shonda Rhimes, Executive Producer of “Bridgerton,” for “saving” her and said she was excited to return to work on the hit Netflix show.
