Edmonton, Alberta (GLOBE NEWSWIRE), March 25, 2022 — Canada-based company Booster Juice will run a fundraising campaign until March 31, 2022 to bring people affected by the war in Ukraine. We are soliciting a $ 200,000 donation to help.
Booster Juice locations throughout Canada are now in-store donations to benefit Medea, an NGO (non-governmental organization) that provides critical assistance to refugees on the ground to refugee families and their hosting communities. Is accepted. Until March 31, 2022, booster juice will match donations of up to $ 200,000.
Customers wishing to help reach their $ 200,000 goal are encouraged to visit the participating Booster Juice locations and donate at any amount. We don’t need to donate because we want to provide a space where customers can know their contributions and contribute with peace of mind. Consistent with all donations sent directly to Medair.
Booster Juice President and CEO Dale Wishewan and his eldest daughter Sienna have been volunteering for the past 10 days in Medika on the Ukrainian-Polish border. Perform the tasks required of them in both Medair and Humanitarian AidCentres. They also spent time at Przemysl helping Medair set up the infrastructure and helping a long-stay humanitarian center in Rzeszow. “We wanted to do more than the usual financial support for charities. This could have been some of us … uprooted for no reason. Only, “Wishewan describes his decision to assist in the field.
Booster Juice is proud to be a Canadian-born company that is now fused around the world. They are proud to offer something different: high quality products, a great customer experience, and a dedication to community and cross-border community involvement.
Medair is fair, independent and neutral, helping to save lives and relieve human suffering in the most difficult and devastated places in the world, hoping for a better future, regardless of race, belief or nationality. It is a humanitarian organization.
Booster Juice CEO Dale Wishewan supports virtual or telephone interviews. For media inquiries and interview schedules, please contact Peggy Lo (firstname.lastname@example.org or 416.529.6167).
