Blocks – how attackers change addresses to receive someone’s rewards

At the end of my lecture, my lecturer asked a question we didn’t have time to cover:

A miner creates a block A containing an address b where it wants to receive a reward. An attacker modifies the contents of block A, replacing address b with the hostile address b’. What does an attacker need to receive the reward for Block A?

I know similar questions have been asked before, but they all explain why the attacker cannot receive the reward. I would like to know if there is a hypothetical scenario where an attacker could receive a reward if not limited by hash rate or other factors.

I’ve been thinking about this, but it feels like a trick problem as there is no way for the attacker to change the address and get rewarded. Because if an attacker edits the data on the block, another hash is generated and they win. Attackers do not receive rewards because they are not verified by the network. So is there a way for the attacker to actually receive the reward?
