Bitfinex helps El Salvador after devastation caused by Hurricane Julia

Road Town, British Virgin Islands, 17 October 2022 – Bitfinex, a cutting-edge digital trading platform, is helping victims of Hurricane Julia in El Salvador through food distribution and emergency aid after a tropical storm devastated parts of the country.

Donations were delivered directly to some of the victims’ families on behalf of Bitfinex by Milena Mayorga, the current Ambassador of El Salvador to the United States, and Congressmen William Soriano and Christian Guevara. Most of the aid was distributed in the La.Union destined to become the country’s Bitcoin City.
