High Level Bridge traffic affected for Memorial Day salute on Friday – Edmonton

Road access to Edmonton’s High Level Bridge from the East Approach Road will be closed on Friday, November 11, from 10:45 AM to 11:30 AM as part of the Canadian Armed Forces Day salute.

Drivers can access the one-way bridge using the western approach (adjacent to Ezio Faraone Park).

109th Street and the East Sidewalk of the High Level Bridge (Saskatchewan Drive to 97th Street) will be closed to pedestrians from 10:45 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Pedestrians may use the West Sidewalk of the Bridge. I can do it.

The ETS bus stop on 109th Street south of 97th Avenue will be closed during this time. Route buses 9 and 52 will be bypassed. Passengers using these routes should plan for a “slightly longer travel time than expected” between 10:45am and 11:30am.
