Asante Confirms Payment for Viviani Gold Mine and Gold Forward Purchase Agreement, Canadian Business Journal

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, October 20, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Asante Gold Corporation (CSE:ASE | GSE:ASG | Frankfurt:1A9 | USOTC:ASGOF) has completed a second US$10 million payment to Resolute Mining Limited (“Resolute”) under an amended letter agreement signed on August 24, 2022 (see press release dated August 31, 2022) announce what you have done. Viviani is a historically significant gold mine located in the western region of Ghana with a previous gold production of over 4Moz.
