Appnovation Announces Multiple Appointments to Canadian Business Journal’s Global and Regional Leadership Team

Appointment of Global Leadership

In addition to his continuing role as President of the Americas, Scott Wassmer also serves as Global President of Appnovation. In his expanded role, Scott will be responsible for the EMEA, APAC and AMER regions as well as global operations and global services. Scott is a client and solution leader, focused on mobilizing and coordinating his Appnovation global ecosystem, including delivery and operations, to serve the firm’s clients with the highest impact. Yvette Yanne has been appointed EVP, Innovation and Transformation. This is a newly formed global role to identify, drive and accelerate transformative initiatives through applied innovation to solve clients’ business challenges and needs. Yvette previously served as General Manager for Asia Pacific and she now assumes this expanded global role. Yvette she reports to Arnold Leung.

John Mozayani has been promoted to EVP of Global Services and is primarily responsible for mobilizing our global workforce to deliver digital solutions to our clients, ensuring maximum value and a consistent experience for our clients and teams. His team includes Product Management, Data + Analytics, Corporate Agility, Technology, Global Acceleration Studio and Project Management. John previously held the position of Vice President of Technology, where Scott continues to report to Wasmer.

Alfredo Reikdal has assumed a larger role to lead and grow Appnovation’s global acceleration studio. Today, our Global Acceleration Studios in São Paulo, Brazil and Bucharest, Romania consist of a full-service, long-term team built for agility, with agility to accelerate the digital business transformation of our clients. can be scaled up to The studio is built to provide efficiency while maintaining the highest quality in delivery. Appointment of Regional Leaders

Leo Tsui joins Appnovation as President of Asia Pacific, succeeding responsibility from Yvette Yanne. Leo will be responsible for leading the APAC team and accelerating the company’s position as the region’s leading digital partner. As a leader in this growing market, Leo is responsible for expanding the region, building relationships with new and existing clients, and introducing new capabilities to the market, creating added value for the company’s clients. Leo has an extensive professional background in the digital industry, previously he held leadership positions at DDB Group Hong Kong, Tribal Worldwide Hong Kong and Milam Hong Kong. Leo reports to Scott Wassmer in his new position.

Yann Gautier has been appointed President of EMEA. He is responsible for leading the team in the EMEA region and spearheading the growth and value-added delivery of digital services and consulting across Appnovation’s five EMEA offices. Yann has been a member of Appnovation’s leadership team for several years, previously leading the company’s Global Managed Services. Yann is in his new role and he will report directly to Scott Wassmer.
