The 2,126-square-foot home features the popular Trendelberg floor plan built with the buyer in mind. The Trendelberg has three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and a suite-ready basement.

The main floor features an open-concept main living area with a convenient walk-through pantry just off the large mudroom. The mudroom itself features lockers and tons of storage. Plenty of storage in the pantry and kitchen.

A unique, oversized island provides an equally spacious workspace in the kitchen. Described by Ehr as “a hockey stick shape,” the island could easily become a family gathering place. The second floor has a bonus room and an open area overlooking the entrance. This stunning vaulted ceiling gives the home a luxurious feel when you first enter.

The master bedroom is isolated from the other bedrooms, offering homeowners a quiet space to relax with a large walk-in closet and a 5-piece ensuite bathroom. There is also a large laundry room upstairs to make that chore a little more convenient.

“For this particular build, we put the standard solar package in. In fact, we got some better pricing on bulk purchases, so we’re offering the solar package for less than $10,000,” Ehr explains. “I think that’s what’s next. We’re happy to offer that to our clients.”

According to Ehr, the home was tested by EngerGuide and rated 25% better than building code requirements.

The show home is priced at $629,900 and comes with Ehrenburg’s standard 10-year structural warranty.

Located in Brighton’s new phase, 502 Aniskotaw Way is just one block from the planned school grounds and nearby community lake. The Brighton area continues to be in high demand from buyers due to its number of parks, vibrant commercial development and purposeful design.

Ehr says steady development stages have allowed the region to grow without being too sprawling. This means buyers move into dynamic neighborhoods with an established community feel.
